Our Prayer Blanket ministry is one of the most active ministries that Holy Family has. Each blanket is knitted or crocheted by members of our community. Each blanket is blessed with the prayers of members of our community specifically for the person who will receive the blanket. This blessing takes place during the General Intercession time at our regular Saturday Mass. The idea is that the prayers and thoughts of our community will be felt by the individual receiving the blanket as they use it during a time of illness or recovery.
